Pramudita Ashtanga Yoga sits on the second floor of a building on Jl. Terusan Dieng in the Pisang Candi area of Sukun, west of the city centre. It has been running since 2019 and is led by Monica Pramudita, a 500-hour registered teacher who has taught Ashtanga in Malang for years; the studio describes its team as Yoga Alliance-certified.
Ashtanga is the core of the timetable, with evening Ashtanga classes during the week. Alongside it the studio has run yin, gentle flow and vinyasa flow classes, plus private group sessions and kids' yoga, and from October 2026 a Sunday-morning vinyasa flow inspired by the Ashtanga sequence. It suits people who want a structured, breath-led practice rather than a gym class.
Classes are taught mainly in Bahasa Indonesia. Drop-in ('insidentil') classes were Rp 65,000 at the time of checking, with Tuesday and Friday happy-hour classes at Rp 50,000. Registration is by Instagram DM or WhatsApp text message.
Prices and timetables change. Check with the studio before you go.
