Zenith Yoga – Au Co

Zenith was founded in 2007 by Marzena Kierepka, who started with a small Iyengar-focused studio near the Temple of Literature. It has since grown into a yoga, Pilates and wellness centre with a large multicultural community. The Au Co branch is on the second floor of Westlake Suites, 275 Au Co, in Tay Ho.

The group timetable mixes all-levels Hatha, Iyengar Level 1 and Vinyasa Flow with mat and small-group reformer Pilates, plus occasional restorative yoga and sound healing evenings. Zenith is also one of Vietnam's best-known teacher-training providers, running 200-hour, 300-hour and Pilates certifications, as well as workshops and retreats.

Bookings and private sessions are arranged by phone. The studio has run discounts for tourists buying three-class packages, so ask about current offers when you book.
