OM Factory began in New York, founded by the architect and yoga teacher Fara Marz, and came to Hanoi through local co-founder Annie Pham Thuy Anh. The Hanoi school is known above all for aerial work, and its Tay Ho studio is at 36A, Lane 67 To Ngoc Van, among the expat streets near West Lake.
Mat classes include Vinyasa Foundations and Hatha for beginners, alongside open and intermediate Vinyasa. The aerial programme covers Aerial Yoga at all levels, starting with Level 1 Basics; new aerial students must take at least three Basics classes before moving up. There are also Aerial Mellow Flow, Lyra (hoop), silks and bungee classes. OM Factory is a major teacher-training provider, running 200- and 300-hour mat courses as well as aerial certifications.
Drop-in classes start from 200,000 VND, and longer-term members can pay monthly. Bungee and Lyra are sold as separate class packs. Contact the Tay Ho studio by phone or email to plan your first class.
