Wild Rose Yoga has been teaching in the heart of Chiang Mai's Old City since 2009, in a wooden Thai house on a quiet lane off Phra Pok Klao Road. Classes are led by experienced local Thai teachers and all are taught in English.
The weekly timetable typically has two or three classes a day – mid-morning, early afternoon and late afternoon – covering Yin Yoga, Gentle Hatha with sound bath, Stretch & Flow, All-Levels Vinyasa, Slow Flow with singing bowls and a Sunday Dynamic Vinyasa. Most classes are marked as beginner-friendly, which makes it an easy first stop for travellers staying inside the moat.
Every class costs ฿400. Pre-booking is required and opens two days before each class, via WhatsApp only (not by phone); the gate opens 20 minutes before class. The studio also runs teacher trainings and retreats.
Prices and timetables change. Check with the studio before you go.
