YogaSutra has been part of Bangkok's yoga scene since 2003, and its Sathorn studio sits on the 32nd floor of Sathorn Nakorn Tower, a short walk from BTS Chong Nonsi. The timetable is organised around five pillars – foundation and awareness, flow and traditional practice, mobility and release, strength and skill, and restorative work – so each day has a different focus.
Classes include Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga (including Mysore-style practice), hip and shoulder opening, arm balances and inversions, restorative, chakra-themed sessions and sound therapy, plus mat Pilates. The studio suits office workers in the CBD who want a considered practice before or after work, and visitors who want a reliable English-friendly class.
Drop-in passes, two-day passes and tourist coupon packs are sold for short stays. YogaSutra runs a second studio on Sukhumvit 30/1 and a teacher-training arm, The School of YogaSutra. Booking is via LINE or WhatsApp.
