Roots8 Yoga occupies the Sathorn Corner building on Soi Phipat (Sathorn 8), near BTS Chong Nonsi exit 2. It was set up by Kook Pacharawan, owner of Café Bangrak, with experienced Indian teachers, and has been running for more than a decade. The practice rooms are simple and non-air-conditioned, with wooden floors and open windows.

Teaching leans traditional: Hatha for beginners, Ashtanga, alignment classes and Vinyasa flow, with a focus on breath and fundamentals rather than fitness-style workouts. It suits practitioners who want depth and consistency, and beginners who prefer a slower, well-explained class. The on-site Yogis Spicy café serves vegetarian and non-vegetarian food.

The 2026 rate card lists a single drop-in at ฿700, a one-day traveller pass at ฿1,300 and a Monday–Saturday week pass at ฿2,800. Classes must be booked at least two hours ahead via LINE or phone; the weekly schedule is posted on the website and Facebook.
