LŪMA Movement Studio

LŪMA Movement Studio is an infrared-heated studio at Bambini Villa on Sukhumvit 26, within reach of BTS Phrom Phong and Asok. Rather than heating the air like a traditional hot room, it uses infrared panels, and some classes add red-light panels overhead.

The timetable covers Hot Flow and other hot yoga classes, hot mat Pilates, Strength Flow (yoga combined with functional strength work), Deep Yin and dedicated red-light recovery sessions; some Pilates classes are taught at room temperature. Classes are in English and aimed at both beginners and experienced practitioners, including expats and visitors.

A single drop-in costs ฿800, with five- and ten-class packs and one-, three- and six-month unlimited memberships. The schedule and booking run through Momoyoga.
