Bird of Yoga began in 2015 as a private home-visit yoga service and opened its own studio on Ekkamai Soi 12 in 2019. The studio, in a small residential compound near BTS Ekkamai, has a warm, home-like feel, with showers, lockers, towels and mats provided.
The schedule is strong on skills: Handstand 101, Inversions for Beginners, Arm Balance and Kapotasana sessions sit next to Basic Yoga, Stretching Yoga, Hip Opening, Split Series, Twisted Flow and an early Sunrise Sweat. Longer 120-minute Ashtanga Led Primary (Friday) and Handstand (Saturday) classes are priced separately.
A standard 75–90 minute drop-in costs ฿600, and there are small class-hopping packs, a 15-day unlimited pass and monthly memberships. A shared package also covers sister studio Balance & Co. Classes are booked through the studio's website.
Prices and timetables change. Check with the studio before you go.
