Absolute, formerly Absolute Yoga, is one of Bangkok's longest-established yoga brands and now runs as Absolute Boutique Fitness, with studios across the city as well as in Singapore and Hong Kong. The RSU Tower branch is on the 5th floor, about ten minutes' walk from BTS Asok or Phrom Phong.

Yoga classes range from Hatha, De-stress and Office Syndrome yoga to Vinyasa, Power Prop yoga and Absolute's heated signature classes such as Hot Yoga, Detox Yoga and Fat Burning Yoga. The studio also runs Pilates reformer, rhythm cycling and personal training, so it suits people who want a polished, gym-like setup with lockers and a front desk.

A yoga drop-in costs ฿950 and is valid at all branches; it is sold via the studio's LINE official account, and classes are booked through the Absolute You app. There is a strict no-phones-in-class policy, and newcomers should arrive 15 minutes early.
