Ashtanga Nilayam

Ashtanga Nilayam is a boutique Ashtanga studio on the third floor of 68B Race Course Road, above Sakunthala's restaurant and a short walk from Little India and Farrer Park MRT stations. It describes itself as a traditional school of Ashtanga yoga.

The core offer is Mysore-style practice, where students work through the sequence at their own pace with hands-on guidance. It is supported by led classes, Intro to Ashtanga sessions for newcomers, workshops such as Ashtanga Essentials, kids' yoga and corporate sessions. The shala observes moon days.
