VIDA Yoga Studio – BGC

VIDA's Bonifacio Global City studio sits at The Plaza, Arya Residences, on the corner of McKinley Parkway and Rizal Drive. The brand built its name on hot yoga, and the timetable still leans that way, with Hot 26, Hot 90 (Bikram), Hot Vinyasa, Hot Power and Hot Yin, alongside non-heated Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Baptiste, Restorative Yin, Kundalini and sound classes, plus red-light flows.

The BGC branch also runs a separate reformer Pilates schedule and a range of barre and sculpt classes, so it suits people who want to mix strength work with their yoga. Mats, towels and lockers are included, and paid basement parking is available.

First-timers can take a newbie-friendly drop-in or an eight-day unlimited pass; regular drop-ins and class packs are bought through the website or the VIDA app. Opening hours run from 6.30am on weekdays.
