Soulspace occupies the second floor of Verve Tower 1 at 26th Street and 7th Avenue in Bonifacio Global City. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in natural light, and the studio uses gentle infrared heating, with the temperature adjusted to the class rather than set at a fixed level. Classes are capped at 35 students.
The heated side of the timetable covers Bikram-style Hot 26 & 2 and Hot Mat Pilates, while non-heated classes include Flow, Rocket (a fast, Ashtanga-inspired practice), Yin, YinYasa, Ashtanga, Jivamukti, Dharma Yoga and sound healing. Teachers recommend Flow and Yin for first-timers.
Manduka mats and lockers are provided. Bookings run through Mindbody, and first-time members can take a 10-day unlimited pass. Single drop-ins are valid for seven days after purchase.
