IVY – Insightful Vinyasa Yoga by De Yoga House

IVY (Insightful Vinyasa Yoga) by De Yoga House is a community-minded studio at 8a Jalan Vermont in George Town, close to Island Hospital and easy to reach by car or public transport. It presents yoga as a shared journey, focused on building strength, calm and resilience together.

Vinyasa is the core of the timetable. The studio also runs restorative aerial yoga, events and workshops, and the Georgetown Yoga Fest. Its Training Room hosts a 200-hour yoga teacher training and Yoga Alliance continuing-education courses. The studio space can also be rented.
