Ambience Yoga is a hot yoga brand with studios in Singapore and a Penang branch in the Vantage Desiran complex at Tanjung Tokong, between George Town and the Straits Quay and Tanjung Bungah condo belt.
The Penang timetable mixes heated and non-heated classes. It includes Hot 26 (the classic 26-posture sequence), hot Flow Yoga, Hatha Yoga and hot Hatha, Stretch & Flow, and Prabhu Yoga, with morning and some evening slots from Monday to Saturday. There are no classes on Sundays.
The Penang branch takes bookings by phone rather than an app, so call the studio to book and confirm the schedule. The studio says classes run even if only one person has booked. Check current rates when booking, as the website lists class packs for Penang in ringgit.
