Yogshakti

Yogshakti is a holistic yoga studio at 14 Lorong Keruing in Bangsar. It was founded by Shilpa Ghatalia, who has studied and taught yoga for more than 30 years and was certified in the Himalayan tradition in 1997.

Its signature practice is Integrative Yoga, a form of Hatha that draws on the Himalayan tradition of Swami Rama, Vanda Scaravelli's approach to spinal freedom and Taoist practice. Integrative Flow is described as meditation in movement. The timetable also includes Hatha-Vinyasa and pranayama classes, workshops and community circles.

A drop-in class costs RM85. New students can buy an intro pack of three sessions for RM105, valid for 10 days, and monthly packages are available. Yogshakti also runs 200-hour and 300-hour teacher trainings and international retreats.
