One Earth Yoga

One Earth Yoga is an independent studio on the first floor of Shoplex Mont Kiara on Jalan Kiara, in a quiet, tree-lined complex in one of KL's main expat neighbourhoods. It calls itself the smallest studio in town, and the space is also used for art workshops and community events.

Classes focus only on yoga. For newcomers, the studio suggests Yin Yoga for stretching, Hatha Basics to learn the poses, and Yin & Yang to begin flow practice. More experienced students can try Happy Hips, a hip-opening intermediate class. Slower options include Yin + Sound with singing bowls and Meridian Yin.

One Earth also runs a 200-hour yoga teacher training and retreats abroad. Packages are bought and classes booked through the website, and the team can be reached on WhatsApp. On Sundays, parking at Plaza Mont Kiara is RM2 for the whole day.
