Studio Wellnesia opened in 2025 inside the Citywalk Mataram City complex on Jl. Palagan Tentara Pelajar in north Sleman. The air-conditioned studio has lockers, a shower room, free drinking water, mats, wheels and blocks, plus car and motorbike parking and a coffee shop on site.
The online timetable runs from 6am most days, with hatha basics, hatha flow, vinyasa and power vinyasa, Ashtanga, gentle flow and yin, prenatal yoga, aerial flow and aerial sling/hoop, wheel yoga, mat Pilates, barre, guided meditation and 'Cocoon' sound sessions. It also hosts Javanese dance (Ajar Nari) classes and community events.
Classes are booked through the studio's website; members' reviews quote around Rp 75,000 a visit for regular classes, with some specialist classes costing more. Teaching is mainly in Indonesian, though staff handle enquiries by WhatsApp.
