Yoga Fit – SCBD

Yoga Fit is an Indonesian yoga chain with ten studios in Jakarta, Tangerang, Surabaya and Medan, running more than 80 classes a day across its network. Its SCBD studio is on level 7 of Pacific Century Place Tower on Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, making it a practical option for people who work in the business district.

The chain emphasises internationally certified teachers, many trained in the Indian tradition, and classes that move from beginner to advanced with an emphasis on alignment, breathing and safe progression. The studio is well equipped, with yoga swings, wheels, chairs, blocks and belts, and the facilities include lockers, towels, showers, toiletries, hair dryers, a lounge and free wifi.

Hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 9pm and weekends 8am to 2pm. Classes are booked online through the Yoga Fit booking site, and a complimentary trial class is offered for new students. Yoga Fit also runs a Yoga Alliance-registered teacher training. Single-class prices are not listed on the website.
