Yoga Fit – PIK

Yoga Fit's PIK studio serves the Pantai Indah Kapuk area of North Jakarta, from a shophouse unit at Rukan The Beach on Jalan Pantai Indah Kapuk. It is part of the Yoga Fit chain, which runs ten studios across Jakarta, Tangerang, Surabaya and Medan.

Classes are led by internationally certified teachers and cater for complete beginners through to advanced students, with attention to alignment, breathwork and steady progression. The studio is stocked with yoga swings for aerial-style work, plus wheels, chairs, blocks and belts. Facilities include lockers, small and large towels, showers, toiletries, hair dryers, a lounge and free wifi.

Opening hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 9pm and weekends 8am to 2pm. Book through the chain's online booking site; new students can claim a complimentary trial class. Single-class prices are not published online, so check current packages when you book. Yoga Fit also runs a Yoga Alliance-registered teacher training.
