Union Yoga

Union Yoga is one of South Jakarta's dedicated hot yoga studios, set on Jalan Wijaya II in Kebayoran Baru. Its heated room runs classes three times a day, every day of the week, so early risers and after-work practitioners are both covered.

The timetable centres on heat: classic Bikram (the 26-posture sequence with two breathing exercises), a 60-minute hot yoga class mixing vinyasa and hatha, and Inferno Hot Pilates, a high-intensity, low-impact workout done in the hot room. Unheated vinyasa flow and yin classes are also on offer, and the studio lists prenatal yoga among its classes.

Facilities include a spacious hot room, a communal lounge, and changing rooms with showers, lockers and a vanity area. The studio pitches itself at complete beginners as well as regular practitioners. Published drop-in prices are Rp 200,000 for hot yoga or Inferno Hot Pilates, Rp 225,000 for vinyasa or yin and Rp 250,000 for Bikram, with a new-member Bikram offer of one week unlimited for Rp 500,000.
