Udara Bali is a yoga and wellness resort on Jalan Pura Kramat in Seseh, a quieter beach village a short ride north-west of Canggu. Its shalas look towards the ocean, and outside guests are welcome at public classes as well as at events such as the Udara Sunday Festival and sound dome sessions.

The daily timetable covers vinyasa, hatha, yin, aerial yoga, Kundalini, power, prenatal, meditation and sound healing, along with aerial Pilates. Aerial yoga is a particular strength, and Udara runs its own aerial yoga, aerial yin and aerial Pilates teacher trainings. A monthly schedule can be downloaded from the website.

A single class costs Rp 170,000, or Rp 200,000 for yin and sound classes; Indonesian citizens pay Rp 100,000. Multi-class passes cost Rp 475,000 for three, Rp 765,000 for five and Rp 1,475,000 for ten (all valid 30 days), or Rp 2,265,000 for twenty (60 days).
